1. Filing a takedown notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized agent) and believe content processed through the platform infringes your work, send a written notice that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it.
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

2. Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with equivalent information and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.

3. Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
