Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using FlowForge, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

2. The service

FlowForge generates video content using AI and, at your direction, publishes it to YouTube channels you connect. You are responsible for reviewing and approving generated content before it is published.

Features, models, and limits may change over time as we improve the platform.

3. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the ideas and prompts you submit and, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the underlying AI providers' terms, the content generated for you.

You grant FlowForge a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to operate the service — including sending prompts to AI providers and uploading finished videos to your connected YouTube channels.

You are solely responsible for the content you generate and publish and for ensuring it complies with YouTube's policies and all applicable laws.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited conduct is described in our Acceptable Use Policy and includes generating unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, and any attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

6. Third-party services

Your use of connected services (such as YouTube and Google) is also governed by their respective terms. You are responsible for complying with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines for any content you publish.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the plan you select.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for content generated or published through the service. See our Disclaimer for details.

10. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
