Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.

2. Free trial

Eligible plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then at no cost.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

4. Refunds

• Monthly plans are generally non-refundable for the current period once it has begun.
• Annual plans may be eligible for a prorated refund within 14 days of the initial purchase.
• We may issue refunds at our discretion in cases of prolonged service outage or billing error.

Usage-based AI generation costs already incurred are non-refundable.

5. Requesting a refund

To request a refund, contact our support team with your account email and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
